Welcome to NETA Inc., North East Transwomens Alliance Inc. NETA Inc. is a transgender health and support organization founded by transgender people to increase the health and well-being of our community.

MISSION STATEMENT

NETA Inc. is dedicated to the health and well-being of transgender people living in New England. We provide a warm friendly and safe place for transgender people to meet and receive support, information, and community connection. Our mission is to support and empower transgender people wherever they are in their process of transition and identity. NETA Inc. is here to help you identify your priorities and address your concerns. NETA Inc. offers up-to-date and informative narratives, editorials, and many resources to assist you in maintaining your body, mind and emotional well-being. Our door is open to all transgender or gender variant individuals, however they identify, who feel our services would be of benefit.

NETA Inc. is your place. We are all here for each other. We welcome you to bring your thoughts, ideas, concerns and anything else you wish to share or take away. SERVICES  

NETA Inc. provides a monthly support meeting for the LGBTIQ community on the first Wednesday of every month from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at a secure location.  Please call 978-712-0144 for more information.  Friendly welcoming well-trained and educated staff facilitates the group. Many activities and informative discussions take place on a monthly basis.

NETA Inc. operates a website that includes links to resources, events and quarterly newsletter and editorial.

NETA Inc. provides referrals to health and support services for transgender people.

NETA Inc. collaborates with other providers and agencies to increase the health and well-being of transgender people and reduce health disparities.

CONFIDENTIALITY

NETA Inc. complies with HIPAA regulations regarding all consumers, staff, and potential consumers. Consumer information is not made public to any third parties, including emails and personal disclosures. Any person in contact with NETA Inc. is a potential consumer. If any consumer would like NETA Inc. staff  to confer with a third party about their care (i.e. referrals) that consumer must sign a release agreement form stating that purpose. Consumer confidentiality is a high priority for NETA Inc. http://www.hhs.gov/ocr/privacy/
